H-1B1 — Professionals from Chile and Singapore under free trade agreements. Smaller program with specific annual caps.

E-3 — Australian nationals in specialty occupations. Similar requirements to H-1B but limited to Australians.

What the Flags Mean

H-1B Dependent
Employer self-reports that a high percentage of its workforce in the U.S. are H-1B workers (triggers additional attestations and recruitment requirements).

Willful Violator
Employer has previously been found by the Department of Labor to have willfully violated H-1B program rules (triggers stricter requirements for future LCAs).
